1. Orders and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we do.

2. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

3. Products

We try to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but screen differences and minor variations in size, color or pattern may occur.

4. Intended use and pet safety

Our products are for general pet comfort. Supervise your pet, especially young animals, and stop using any product that is damaged or being chewed. Choose the size that suits your pet using our size guide.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Loafster name, logo, text and images, belongs to Loafster and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loafster is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
