Thank you for shopping with Loafster. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days within Canada. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or weather.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $11.99 CAD on all orders within Canada.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.

Where we ship from

Your order is shipped by our international fulfillment partners. Packages may arrive separately if your order contains multiple items.

Customs, duties and taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If any additional import fees apply, they will be handled as described at checkout.
